1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Naseeb, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to marry in Australia, and seeking marriage in accordance with Islamic principles. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may hide from Discover, deactivate (pause) your account, or permanently delete your account through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
4. Payments
Chat unlock fees are disclosed before you confirm a request. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our payment policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Content & conduct
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Naseeb a licence to display it on the platform. You must not post false, offensive, or illegal content. See our Community Guidelines for full rules.
6. Disclaimer
Naseeb facilitates introductions but does not guarantee marriage or compatibility. Use your own judgment and involve family or guardians as appropriate. We are not liable for conduct of other members beyond our legal obligations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
